One of the cornerstones of loving well – it listening well. Anyone who’s married knows this. Anyone who’s experienced conflict in any relationship knows this. Anyone who’s endured the pain of any kind of broken relationship knows this. So in this 2-part seminar, we will learn to listen well in order to love well. In the sessions, you’ll develop skills in conveying empathy and validating, deepening acceptance, and navigating personal differences.
The seminar is being run by Brian Croak, Park Cares Coordinator and Licensed Professional Counselor. It’ll be from 8:00-9:30 on the evenings of Wednesday April 7 & 14. We encourage you to attend both sessions as they will build off of each other, but attending one will be helpful either way! It’ll be at 31 Park Rd. in Tinton Falls. Masks required, and socially distanced seating will be provided.
To register, simply email Brian Croak and let him know if you’re coming with anyone (so we can seat couples/groups together for Covid/planning purposes, etc.)
