Rachel, her husband Drew, and their three children call Shrewsbury their home. She is a long time resident of Monmouth County – living in Rumson, Long Branch, and now Shrewsbury, with a handful of stops (Indiana, Chicago) in between. Rachel was a public school teacher for years in Chicago, and now runs a play-care out of her home. While in Chicago, she served as children’s ministry coordinator for her church at the time. Before stepping into this role, Rachel served as a Community Group leader, as well as a Park Kids teacher and coordinator for years. Rachel is all about compassion, service, and connection. If you’ve ever received a hand-written note, a surprise coffee delivery, or a thoughtful text from her, then you already know this. Rachel is helping coordinate Park Kids in this interim period, until we are able to bring a full time Family Pastor on staff.
