Freedom. As Americans, we celebrate it on the 4th of July. It’s one of the highest ideals of our cultural milieu. We’re told to “live free, or die” – as if those are the only 2 options. We can’t imagine living without it. But do we understand what freedom truly is? Do we understand what freedom is really for? Do we understand how to actually “live free”?
